For one thing, I’m not fat (size 8 isn’t fat) and maybe I made a mistake on some of the photos. Okay, I don’t know who some of the women, in the photos, were…Sheesh!
i love my body and my health, i consume an average of 1800 calories a day and work out four times a wk, i watch what i eat but allow myself pleasures… and i may not be skinny but i’m slim and within my BMI
may of those picture were photoshopped to make the model look skinner, so u c, there is no such thing as the prefect body.
i rather live my life then strave.

I never eat in the evening, that’s why every morning (about 12 a.m.)I wake up as hungry as a wolf and eat whatever I want – all the calories you consume in the morning will be worked out through the day… and I can eat fruit at any time that I’m hungry – that’s great…
Being too thin can cause heart problems just as well as being to overweight. You need to find a balanced, or average weight. I just don’t understand this whole “thinspiration”.
Why can’t the women your idolize be our greatest athletes? Like Nastia Liukin or Kerri Walsh. Why does it have to be celebrities that just waste their lives..?
Hey, I’m dying to be thin too but there’s a right way to do it and a wrong way to do it. Plus, you have to realize what kind of body you have. I can see my ribs most of the time but I still look big… because I have a big ribcage and there’s nothing that can be done about that. All the food deprivation in the world isn’t gonna make my ribcage any smaller or my shoulders less broad. People just have to come to terms with what they have.
