Se a anorexia masculina for divulgada com a mesma frequencia que a anorexia em mulheres, muitos homens que sofrem com esse disturbio e não sabem o que é, poderiam já em ínicio procurar uma ajuda medica e pisicologica para que assim então possam ter uma vida saudavel e normal.
